Refund & Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

To initiate a return:
1. Email us at support@calmpetly.com with your order number
2. We'll reply within 24 hours with return instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, opened consumable products cannot be returned. Please check the product page for specific return eligibility.
